Children are required to wear a school uniform every day.

This is as follows:

Winter

Summer

During the summer term boys are encouraged to wear grey shorts particularly when it’s very warm, while the girls may wear a yellow gingham summer dress.
White socks may be worn with the summer dress.
Uniform is available from John Lewis and local uniform shops.

BLACK SCHOOL SHOES SHOULD BE WORN BY PUPILS (NO TRAINERS)

Please do not send your child to school in high-heeled or unsuitable shoes as they can cause accidents when children are playing.  If your child comes to school in boots they must change into shoes whilst inside the building

Please ensure that all items are clearly labelled with your child’s name (all jumpers will look the same).  The school does not accept responsibility for children’s belongings.

P.E. Kit 

• Plain white T-Shirt (Logo optional)
• Black Shorts
• Black Pumps (not trainers)

Please label all clothing and place in a pump bag, which should remain in school during term time.  Please do not send bulky sports bags into school as they will not fit on the clothes pegs.

 

Pupils will only miss P.E. if they have a note from parents for medical reasons.

Jewellery

The wearing of jewellery is not allowed, only the wearing of a watch.

Earrings, including studs are not allowed.

Care of Property

Pupils are expected to take care of their own property.  The school cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property.

Children should not have money in school unless it is brought in to pay for snack, lunches or school trips.  It should be in an envelope showing the child’s name and class.
