Look what our year group have been up to!
Year 4 LOVED their trip to Legoland Discovery Centre. We have a great time in the 4D cinema, building race cars, climbing the wall, checking our reaction time and meeting LegoMan!
For our science topic of 'Living Things and their Habitats' we went on an invertebrate hunt in our playground. We found a range of invertebrates to observe, study and classify.
We worked very hard in science to recreate the digestive system using household items such as tights, silver trays and paper cups.
To begin our Newspaper topic in English, we explored lots of different newspaper articles in the First News Children's newspaper, looking for similarities and picking out the common features.
We loved our history Roman trip to Chester! We stormed the amphitheatre and the streets of Chester with our swords and shields. Then we practised our turtle formations in battle!
After returning from our Roman trip, we wrote a newspaper report about Boudicca and her rebellion. We acted it out beforehand to really get into character. 4B even invaded 4C!
