The Local Authority have asked us to share information with you about a special VE Day themed market day on Wednesday 7^th May, from 9am – 3pm. There will be the usual market stalls, plus tonnes of free activities including house of memories bus, vintage red bus, classic cars, make do and mend workshops, 1940s fashion show, a George Formby impersonator, and the Swing Sisters. BBC Radio Merseyside will be broadcasting live playing 1940s music.
