We were shocked today when we stumbled upon multiple crimes that had been committed in our classroom! To solve who was responsible we used our knowledge of addition and subtraction to use the inverse operation, in order to solve a calculation. The answer to the calculation gave us a number, which matched a letter in our code cracker. Once we had cracked the code, this gave us a shape from our recent shape topic. We checked the wanted criminals list and the one who had the shape on them was the criminal! We worked really hard and had a great time!
