Year 2 enjoyed a trip to the Catalyst Science Museum as part of our materials topic. We loved going to the observatory where we had 360˚ views of the area including the new Runcorn Bridge being built! The "Scientrific" room was very exciting and taught us lots about natural and man-made materials. The best part of the day was our ‘soap suds’ workshop, we learnt all about the history of soap and how smelly people used to be before they had it! We all got to make our own block of soap and take it home to use.
